Vuk Ršumović is an acclaimed Serbian writer and director. He studied screenwriting at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade and pursued Jungian analytical psychology in Belgrade and Zürich.
The film went on to win over 35 international awards, including Best Film at GoEast (Wiesbaden), Best Director at the Tarkovsky Film Festival, and New Voices/New Visions at Palm Springs.
In 2020, Ršumović wrote and directed the acclaimed mini-series The Mould, based on the real-life “missing babies” scandal in former Yugoslavia.
Dwelling Among the Gods is his second feature film, continuing his exploration of identity, trauma, and social justice.
