SATU – YEAR OF THE RABBIT

Joshua Trigg (born 1988, London) has been creating films since childhood, beginning with 50s-style war movies and stop-motion creations shot in his backyard. Raised in the mountains of South Wales, he developed a passion for visual storytelling early on.

He later studied film but left before graduation to start his own production company, living for five years in the storage cupboard of his stepfather’s guitar shop in Soho, London. During this time, he refined his craft as a filmmaker, photographer, and editor in one of the world’s most vibrant creative hubs.

Over the past decade, Trigg has worked extensively across Asia for major clients including Singapore Airlines, The Rolling Stones, and Paul Smith. With growing momentum, he self-funded his debut feature Satu – Year of the Rabbit.
